These terms govern use of the site and requests sent to RTQ.

Use of the site
- The site presents the services of Ramassage & Transport Québec and may be updated without notice.
- You must use the site reasonably and avoid sending illegal, misleading, malicious, or irrelevant content.
Requests and estimates
- Submitting a form does not automatically create a service contract.
- Prices, availability, access, vehicles, timing, and loading conditions must be confirmed in writing before service.
- Photos and information should represent the volume, access, items to remove, and site constraints as accurately as possible.
Service limits
- RTQ offers removal, cleanouts, small non-structural demolition, and transport based on each request.
- Some requests may be refused or adjusted because of distance, weight, non-accepted materials, access constraints, safety, or applicable rules.
- RTQ is not a full moving company and does not guarantee acceptance of every transport request.
Customer responsibilities
- The customer must provide accurate information, obtain any required access permissions, and disclose known risks before service.
- Dangerous, prohibited, contaminated, or regulated items must be disclosed before any confirmation.
Applicable law
- These terms are written for a service operated in Quebec and are interpreted under the laws applicable in Quebec.
